Standard Scanning Rate

$0.08 per square foot
This includes a full Matterport 3D scan of your property with laser-accurate measurements, detailed virtual walkthroughs, and easy sharing options.

Hosting Options

$75 per year (per scan)
We offer secure hosting of your 3D scans, making it simple to access and share your projects anytime.
Already have a Matterport hosting account? We can transfer your scan directly to your platform at no extra cost.

High-resolution 3D virtual walkthrough
Laser-accurate measurement capabilities
Matterport tags and labels (available upon request)

Long Distance Travel Fee

For projects located outside of the Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area, a long drive fee will apply:

Minimum fee: $350
Final amount depends on the exact location and distance traveled.
